Oh, I love the look of snow glistening in the sunlight. I like looking at it mostly from inside a warm house. We don't have any snow right now, and that's okay.
I had fun putting glittering 'snow' on my card using Stickles. Can't hardly see it in the photo snippet, but its there and very pretty!! imho, lol.
As is usually the case, I water-colored the image with Distress inks. I also used Distress ink on the embossing folder before putting the cardstock inside. Then I added the Stickles to the raised snowflakes.
This card is for these challenges:
Stamp Something - winter
Delightful Inspirations - use image 'for the birds snowman'
PaperPlay - layers
Meljens - hearts
Delightful - hearts
Crafty Sentiments - my fav things (Stickles, Nesties, Distress inks)
Paper Playtime - use a digi

Hello Peggysue! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such a lovely comment! Don't cut yourself short girl, I love your easel card! Your water colouring is amazing and I love that you incorporated 2 D2D's images. The coloured embossed background is a wonderful effect too. Awesome job!
