Do You Stack Up Challenge #13 Color

Hello!  We have got a real challenge of a challenge over at Do You Stack Up.  It is a color challenge and the colors are Clear, Light Pink and Mauve.

Isn't this different?  I think it is going to be a bit challenging this week.  It was for me.

Now, what do you have a chance to win?!

Blackleaf Studios is one of our THREE sponsors this week. Look at the list of items they carry in their shop.

The winner will receive the digital set 'Festive Chinese Lanterns' that is being showcased by some of the Design Team.  This 9 image set has endless possibilities for use.The shop has a terrific list of ideas.

To see some examples go to DYSU for the Design Team's marvelous samples.

Our second sponsor for the week is Digi's with Attitude!  Their newest line of digis is Sassy Tweens and they sure do have attitude.

They are giving a $10CAD(Canadian dollars) gift certificate to their store.

Our third sponsor for this challenge is Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps. They has a large selection of images in their shop by several different designers.

Stitchy Bear is offering a $10 gift certificate for images by Stitchy Bear, Floppy Latte Designs, and Lexi Creations.

AND, there is another prize! Our lovely DYSU site owner ALISON is rewarding each of the Top 3 picks with 2 (single) images from her awesome Stretch N Bubbles Shop!! Not only today, but with every challenge from today on!  Everybody wins!!

I used an image called 'Ollie Rainbow Bubble' by Lexi Creations to showcase. Feast your eyes on this:

I don't mind admitting that I was totally bewildered as to what to do for this challenge.  It took quite a while to come up with an idea.  I finally decided to make a little candy box.
Here is a view of the scalloped side.  And it shows the light pink box bottom.
I'm not sure if there is mauve in the box lid, but if not, I'm hoping its close enough.
My 'clear' portion is the acetate.  I added a piece of vellum under it so the image would be easier to see.
And that candy in there?  It's gone baby!!

I hope you are inspired to show us what you can do with this challenge.  I can't wait to see what you come up with!
